Editor's note

Inasmuch as Ord. No. 2008-03, adopted February 12, 2008, states that the ordinance will not have any effect after June 2, 2009, and at the discretion of the editor, the provisions of the former section 10.28.080, which pertained to the designation of a portion of West School Lane as a one-way street, have been treated as being repealed.
