§ 10.28.070. One-way street designated—Fenley Street.

A.

There being a public necessity and for the benefit of the citizens of the City of Uvalde, Texas, and for the City of Uvalde, Texas, Fenley Street is designated as a one-way traffic street between Getty Street and High Street, in the City of Uvalde, Texas.

B.

The one-way traffic will flow and travel from east to west starting at the intersection of Getty Street traveling east to High Street as posted.

C.

It shall be unlawful to operate any motor vehicle or vehicle on the identified portion of Fenley Street which has been designated as a one-way traffic street, in any direction other than as above stated and as posted.

D.

Anyone violating any of the provisions of this section shall be subject to punishment as provided in Section 1.12.010 of this Code.
