§ 8.44.040. Accumulation and burning of trash or refuse prohibited inside fire limits.

It shall be unlawful for any person to burn trash or refuse of any sort within the city limits as defined in section 8.44.020 above and it shall be the duty of persons owning, leasing or occupying any buildings or premises where trash, refuse or other inflammable material may accumulate to remove the trash, refuse or other inflammable material once each week, or sooner if directed by the fire marshal, and keep such premises free of such trash, refuse or inflammable material.
