§ 8.44.020. Outdoor burning prohibited.

Outdoor burning of any kind is prohibited, except where such burning is authorized pursuant to an exception as specified below or, by permission from the fire marshal and fire chief and with the consent of the city council. This prohibition includes the burning of household trash, furniture, electrical insulation, treated and untreaded lumber, plastics, non-wood construction/demolition materials, heavy oils, asphaltic materials, chemical wastes, including grass, leaves, and branch trimmings.
