§ 8.44.030. Fires, trash, fuels prohibited in paved street.

  • A.

    It shall be unlawful for any person, at any time, to burn any trash on any street within the corporate limits of the city, which is paved with asphalt or concrete, or with either, in whole or in part; or to build any fire of any description, with any sort of fuel or any description or for any purpose, thereon.

    B.

    It shall also be unlawful for any person to sweep any dirt or trash of any description onto or upon any such paved streets or cause this to be done or cause to be placed or thrown onto or upon any such street or streets any gasoline or kerosene or other material injurious to such paved street or streets.
