§ 8.44.010. Adoption of Texas Administrative Code regarding outdoor burning.

Latest version.

The city hereby adopts the outdoor burning rules as outlined in the V.T.C.A., Administrative Code tit. 30, pt. I, ch. 111, subch. B., and as may be amended. If a conflict occurs between the Texas Administrative Code and this section, the most stringent provision shall prevail.
