§ 5.40.070. Carnival subject to inspection.

The carnival may be inspected at any time by representatives of the city, including, but not limited to police officers, building inspectors, and code enforcement officers to determine whether or not the proposed performance is in conflict with any of the provisions of this section, or the laws of this state.
