§ 5.40.080. Denial or revocation of permit.

A carnival permit application may be denied, or if initially issued, may be revoked by the city manager or his/her designee, if the city determines that there was a mistake made in issuing such permit or that it is being given in violation of this section, or the laws of the state, or that there has been a misrepresentation or concealment of any material fact concerning the operation of the carnival.
