§ 2.88.470. Care for graves by individuals—Rules and regulations for individual care of graves.

    Nothing in this article deprives any person having an interest in a grave or lot in the cemetery, or any person having kinship within the third degree by consanguinity or affinity to a person interred in the cemetery from beautifying or caring for the same individually or at the person's own expense, subject to rules and regulations prescribed by the city.

    B.

    Sections 2.88.130, 2.88.160, 2.88.170, 2.88.220, 2.88.230, 2.88.320, 2.88.330 and 2.88.350 of this chapter apply to the cemetery.
