§ 2.88.230. Authority of council to lay out and alter walks and avenues and make rules and regulations.

The city council or appointed authority may, from time to time, lay out and alter avenues or walks and make such rules and regulations for the government of the grounds and care and control of lots in the cemetery as they may deem requisite and proper to secure and promote the general objects of the cemetery.
