§ 2.84.050. Construction subject to approval.

No construction shall be done at Garner Field Municipal Airport without the prior consent and approval of the Federal Aviation Administration, the Texas Aeronautics Commission, and the city. No consent or approval shall be granted for proposed construction which does not comply with the master plan for airport development and with height limitations set forth in the airport zoning ordinance.
