§ 2.84.040. Proof of ability to perform services—Rules and regulations.

A.

All fixed base operators shall satisfy the city council that they are technically and financially able to perform the services at such fixed base operations. This shall include the, responsibility for demonstrating continued financial solvency and business ability by the submitting of an annual balance sheet, credit reference, and any other proof that the city council may require from time to time. In cases of doubt by the city council as to such ability of a fixed base operator, the city council may conduct a hearing to determine appropriate action. In each instance, the city council shall be the final judge as to the qualifications and financial ability of the applicant.

B.

All fixed base operators shall comply with all rules and regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration, the Texas Aeronautics Commission, the city and the city manager.
