§ 2.52.020. Organization—Rules—Meetings.

  • A.

    The commission shall appoint from among its members a secretary, who shall keep a record of all meetings of the commission. Minutes of the meetings of the commission are public records.

    B.

    The commission shall adopt such rules governing its proceedings as it may deem proper. The rules may not be inconsistent with the ordinances of the city.

    C.

    The commission shall set the times and places of its meetings. Meetings of the commission shall be open to the public, except as may otherwise be provided by law.
