§ 2.48.020. Composition—Appointment and terms of members.

The city planning commission shall consist of seven members and three alternates who shall be appointed by the mayor and confirmed by the city council. The regular term of office for each member and each alternate of the commission shall be for a period of three years, from the date of the appointment. All members shall serve without pay and shall hold no other municipal office, except the building inspector who shall be a nonvoting member.
