§ 2.48.010. State law adopted—Created—General powers.

Article 1011a et seq. of the Revised Civil Statutes is adopted, together with all amendments thereto, and there is created a city planning commission with the full authority and power provided to be exercised and invoked by such commission under such statute, and all amendments thereto, and under and in pursuance of all other applicable laws now in force and effect and which may hereafter be enacted by the Legislature of the State of Texas.
