§ 2.24.020. City engineer.

Office Created—Appointment.

There is created the office of city engineer, who shall be appointed by the mayor subject to confirmation by the city council.

B.

Duties. The city engineer shall perform such duties as are incident to his or her office, and such further duties as may be defined in other sections of this code or such further duties as may be prescribed from time to time by the mayor and city council.
