§ 13.20.020. Water resources optimization advisory committee—Composition.

The water resources optimization advisory committee shall be composed of seven appointed members, all of whom shall be residents of the city. Members shall be appointed by the mayor, subject to confirmation by the city council, and shall serve for three-year terms. Three members shall be appointed in one year, and two members the next, and members shall thereafter serve until their successors are appointed and qualified. The board shall elect its officers and promulgate the necessary rules to carry out its purposes.
