§ 13.20.010. Adoption.

The City of Uvalde, Texas, adopts the City of Uvalde Water Resources Optimization Plan and all of its appendices thereto and all of its revisions thereto. Said plan provides for a water supply plan, a water conservation plan, and a drought contingency and critical period management plan, incorporated herein as fully as if set out at length herein, a copy of which shall remain on file in the office of the city secretary. All residential, business, commercial and industrial occupancies and uses within the city and its service area shall conform to the rules and regulations in the water resources optimization plan.
