§ 12.36.050. License fees.

  • A.

    The commercial license fee is $700.00 for one day and will include the use of the opera house ticketing system.

    B.

    The license fee for non-profit, charitable or arts in education use for one day is $275.00.

    C.

    One day is defined as eight consecutive hours beginning no earlier than 8:00 a.m. and ending no later than 11:00 p.m. This includes any get in and get out time and rehearsal time.

    D.

    Any additional hours will be charged at $30.00 an hour. But no more than three individual hours per day will be granted. Anything exceeding three hours will count toward a full eight-hour day and will be charged accordingly.

    E.

    If the licensed use requires additional time for the installation and removal of equipment, the licensee must pay for the additional time at a rate equal to one-half the applicable license fee, for the additional time actually required.
