§ 12.36.060. Security deposit.

Latest version.
  • A licensee must deposit security, in the form of cash, with the city manager, conditioned that the licensee or the use will not cause damage to the facility and that the licensee will remove and properly dispose of all refuse and debris following the use. The security deposit is an amount equal to fifty (50) percent of the license fee. If the licensee has caused, suffered, or permitted damage to the facility during the use, the security deposit will be applied by the city to the repair of the damage, and the excess, if any, refunded to the licensee. If the facility does not require more than ordinary post-use maintenance, the security deposit will be refunded to the licensee.
