§ 12.36.020. License—Application—Fee.

A.

A person may make application to the city manager for a license to use the Grand Opera House for an exhibition of or promotion of an education about the performing, dramatic, visual, or literary arts.

B.

The application must contain the following information:

1.

The name and address of the applicant;

2.

A description of the proposed use;

3.

A statement that the use is commercial, charitable, or not-for-profit;

4.

The date or dates of the proposed use; and

5.

The hours of use on the proposed date or dates.

C.

The theatre manager may request such additional information, including sample soundtracks, video, production tapes, scripts, or references, as the theatre manager deems necessary to process the application.
