§ 12.36.010. Use as cultural facility.

The city may license the use of the Grand Opera House as a cultural facility for the exhibition of and promotion of an education about the performing, dramatic, visual, and literary arts. The city reserves for the city the right to use the Grand Opera House for any purpose and at any time that does not conflict with a license.
