The use of any portion of the civic center by any individual, firm or corporation
for the purpose of selling merchandise at tradeshows to include, but not limited to,
home and garden shows, bridal shows, and gun shows and the selling of merchandise
by display, exhibit or presence of the merchandise under the sponsorship of the arts
clubs and association, charitable organizations other activities of a similar nature
is permitted with the approval of city manager. Flea markets and garage sales are
strictly prohibited on the premises.
