§ 12.28.120. Broadcasting—City manager's consent required.

No lessee of the civic center facilities shall broadcast or stream the audio or video of any performance, lecture, concert and/or public or private meeting without written consent of the city manager. The lessee shall furnish and install all equipment necessary for such broadcast. The lessee shall promptly remove all such equipment following the performance, concert, lecture, and/or public or private meeting. The city assumes no responsibility for lessee's equipment.
