No person renting all or any part of the civic center shall acquire any right to any
of the concessions or sales of any nature, excepting admission tickets only. The lease
contract shall reserve to the city and its assigns the exclusive right to operate
concessions for the sale of food, drinks, programs, novelties, souvenirs, etc. The
city may waive such right at its sole discretion.
