§ 12.28.110. Special services, equipment and personnel.

A.

Food Service. All meals shall be the responsibility of the lessee and lessee shall clean all kitchen areas, equipment, upon conclusion of the event or meal.

B.

Equipment. Equipment such as projectors, screens, video displays, sound systems, etc. may be available for additional rental fee. Such equipment fees, if any, shall on a separate pricing list approved from time to time by the city manager.

C.

Security. The city will provide and may require law enforcement officers to provide security for events and activities at the civic center, under such rules and conditions as provided in Section 12.28.180.

D.

Maintenance Employee. The city shall provide at least one maintenance employee at each use. The employee shall open the civic center to the user at the time specified by the user in the rental contract, and shall lock and secure the premises at the end of the use.
