§ 12.28.100. Reserving facilities.

A.

Applications for reservations for the use of the civic center or any portion thereof shall be made at the civic center manager's office, for a single use only.

B.

The civic center manager shall reserve the facilities on a first-come, first-serve basis; however, the civic center manager shall not reserve facilities more than nine months in advance of the proposed use. In any event, the civic center manager may designate times or dates for which reservations will not be accepted nor private use permitted.
