§ 12.28.030. Written lease contracts required.

A.

Written lease contracts shall be required from all lessees of all or any portion of the civic center and the civic center manager is authorized to execute such contracts on behalf of the city.

B.

The use of any of the facilities of the civic center, however, by any lessee, licensee or user shall be subject to such special contractual agreements and requirements as the city council shall make and prescribe from time to time.

C.

Verbal agreements to rent or lease all or any portion of the civic center shall not be recognized under any circumstances and the regulations contained in this chapter and the rental contract after acceptance, shall constitute the entire agreement and may not be varied or altered unless done so in writing signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
