§ 12.28.020. Administration—Civic center manager to serve as manager.

The administrator in charge of the civic center shall be the civic center manager, who shall discharge such duties pertaining to the civic center as may be prescribed by the city council, the city manager, and this chapter. The civic center manager has the authority to enforce the rules, regulations, and rental rates provided herein. The civic center manager may be an employee of the city or may be engaged by contract with another party.
