§ 12.08.010. Street improvements to conform to fixed lines.

All street improvements, except sidewalks and curbs, shall be made to conform with the lines as fixed in the official records referred to in Section 12.04.010 and by the street monuments referred to in Section 12.04.030, and no improvements shall be permitted to project over such lines into the street without the consent of the city council.
