§ 12.04.030. Street monuments generally.

The monuments, as established by Bartlett & Ranney, and as subsequently added to and extended by the city engineer, shall fix the official street lines only, being set at a distance of three feet from the street line toward the center of the street. Any person who shall damage or move any official monument shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
