§ 12.08.020. Sidewalks and curbs to conform to official line and grade.

All sidewalks and curbs within the city limits shall be laid so as to conform, both as to line and grade, with the official lines and grades as shown in the official city street records referred to in Section 12.04.010, which shall be located under the direction of the city engineer.
