§ 10.28.100. One-way street designated—Milam Street/Highway 83 North access roads.

A.

There being a public necessity and for the benefit of the citizens of the City of Uvalde, Texas, and for the City of Uvalde, Texas, Milam Street/Highway 83 North access roads are designated as one-way traffic streets between Front Street and Fannin Street.

B.

The one-way traffic will flow and travel from south to north on the east access road and north to south on the west access road of Milam Street/Highway 83 North as posted.

C.

It shall be unlawful to operate any motor vehicle or vehicle on the identified portions of Milam Street/Highway 83 North which have been designated as one-way traffic street, in any direction other than as above stated and as posted.

D.

Anyone violating any of the provisions of this section shall be subject to punishment as provided in Section 1.12.010 of this Code.
