§ 8.40.030. Smoking prohibited in nonsmoking areas.

A person commits an offense if the person, after being verbally warned or asked to refrain from smoking by the owner or person in control of the premises or an employee of the owner or person in control of the premises, continues to smoke or continues to possess a burning tobacco product in an area in a public place which has been designated as a nonsmoking area.
