§ 8.32.040. Operation of sound truck prohibited in certain areas.

All sound operations of vehicles licensed as required by Section 8.32.030 shall be discontinued when passing schools when in session, churches when services are being carried on, courthouses while the courts are open, while passing funeral processions and funeral parlors while services are being carried on, in a block where the operator knows or signs show there is a serious illness, and in any block where there is located a hospital or sanitarium.
