§ 8.20.020. Placement in receptacle.

Each owner, occupant, tenant or lessee using or occupying any residence, structure, or facility must maintain the property in a well maintain manner. Each person within the city having garbage and rubbish to be disposed of is hereby required to place same in approved receptacles. It is unlawful for any person to place any garbage or rubbish on the ground, or in any other than an approved receptacle.
