§ 5.30.170. Penalty.

Each violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of up to $50.00 for the first two convictions and up to $500.00 for each conviction thereafter. Each day of such violation shall be a separate violation. Proof of culpable mental state shall not be required to establish a violation of this chapter.
