§ 5.30.160. Exceptions for churches, charitable and non-profit organizations.

Any church, charitable or non-profit organization may hold an unlimited amount of garage/yard sales, provided that:
A.

The sale must be conducted on the church or organization property or on commercial property with the approval of the property owner.

B.

A member of the church or organization authorized to represent it, must register with the code enforcement office. No fee will be charged for registration.

C.

No fee shall be charged for a garage/yard sale permit for such church, charitable or non-profit organization except for required city issued signage.
