§ 5.20.010. Carnivals, tent shows, etc.—Prohibited without permit.

The opening, maintaining or operating of any carnival, rodeo, menagerie, tent show, circus or any other traveling-type of show, exhibition, or amusement within the city limits is prohibited, unless a permit is obtained as otherwise provided in this chapter. This requirement may be waived if the city is a primary sponsor or participant in the activity.
