§ 5.16.060. Issuance—Fee—Renewal.

Upon the approval of an application of a vehicle for hire driver's license, the permit department upon payment of a fee of $10.00 shall issue a license to the applicant which shall bear the name, address, age, signature of the applicant. The license shall be in effect for the remainder of the year and all vehicle for hire driver's licenses will expire December 31st of each year. Licenses can be renewed on or before December 31st of each year. Requests for renewal shall be made on forms supplied by the permit department and such investigation and information shall be required as necessary prior to granting the renewal.
