§ 5.12.110. Peddlers permit application.

Every application for a peddlers permit shall contain the following information:

A.

The name of the applicant and, if applicable, a certified copy of any assumed name certificate and/or corporate or other legal organization charter of record, together with proof of the individual's authority to act in behalf of such entity.

B.

The business and private addresses and phone numbers of the applicant.

C.

A description of the type of goods or services to be offered for sale or rental.

D.

The name, home address, phone number and picture ID of any individuals who will engage in business under the permit in addition to the applicant. Information provided by the applicant will be subject to verification by the permit office.

E.

Any person who sells or offers for sale any food or beverages must also obtain all health permits, certificates and inspections require by the state health department for the particular type of business.

F.

All animal sales are strictly prohibited except for those animals that are considered agricultural products.
