§ 5.12.030. Permit required.

No person shall act as a peddler, hawker, itinerant vendor or mobile food vendor within the city without first obtaining permit in accordance with this chapter. A canvasser or solicitor is not required to have a permit but any canvasser or solicitor wanting a permit for the purposes of reassuring city residents of good faith shall be issued one upon request.
