§ 5.12.020. Exceptions.

This chapter shall not apply to a federal, state or local government employee or a public utility employee in the performance of his/her duty for his/her employer; or to flea markets or garage sales; or the sale of goods or services for non-commercial purposes or causes, whether community service, charitable, civic, religious or educational; or to a canvasser or solicitor.
