§ 5.04.070. Extended hours.

A.

The extended hours adopted and established in this section shall apply to the sale of all alcoholic beverages as authorized and permitted under law.

B.

The sale of alcoholic beverages is permitted during the extended hours of midnight to 2:00 a.m., Friday, Saturday and Sunday in any area of the city where the sale of alcoholic beverages is otherwise permitted and allowed under both state law and applicable city ordinances.
