§ 2.84.070. Ramp and parking space.

Ramp space and parking space other than that specially leased to fixed base operators shall be for use by the general public only. No fixed base. operator shall be permitted to use any portion of the public space for his or her use exclusively or to exact a charge for the use thereof.
