§ 2.48.040. Meetings and reports.

The planning commission shall hold at least one meeting each month and additional meetings may be held from time to time upon call of the chairperson. It shall be the duty of the commission to file with the mayor a written report consisting of the minutes of each meeting of the commission, together with a list of the members of the commission who were absent.
