§ 2.44.030. Officers—Meetings—Rules.

A.

At the first meeting of each calendar year, the board shall elect a chairperson from its members.

B.

The board shall meet at least four times each year and may meet at other times at the call of the chairperson. A quorum consists of a majority of the members.

C.

The board may adopt rules governing its proceedings which are not prohibited by law or in conflict with the charter and ordinances of the city.
