§ 16.08.050. Fees.

The city of Uvalde, Texas, is authorized and required to collect for the use of the city the following fees:
A.

When a person files an application for a subdivision, the person shall pay a fee of three hundred dollars ($300.00) for the use of the city.

B.

When a person files an application for a resubdivision requiring land improvements, the person shall pay a fee of three hundred dollars ($300.00) for the use of the city.

C.

When a person files an application for a resubdivision not requiring land improvements, the person shall pay a fee of three hundred dollars ($300.00) for the use of the city.
