§ 16.08.040. Civil remedies for violation of title.

Latest version.

No conviction under the penal provision of this title or Section 7 of Article 974a of the Revised Civil Statutes shall ever be considered as any bar to any injunctive or other legal remedy, relief, right or power existing in the city to enforce the application and provisions of this title by virtue of the constitution and laws of the state and the charter of the city.
