§ 16.04.010. Scope of title.

This title is adopted under the authority of the constitution and laws of the state, including particularly Article 974a of the Revised Civil Statutes and the provisions of Article 970a of the Revised Civil Statutes, and shall govern the approval and requirements of plats and subdivisions within the corporate limits of the city within five miles of the corporate limits as authorized by the laws of the state.
